MOQ and degressive pricing: optimise your volumes
Updated 2026-07-11
What is the MOQ?
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is the smallest volume a producer accepts to sell for a given lot. It's shown on every listing.
Degressive tiers
The price per kilo drops by volume tier. A typical scheme:
- 1 kg: reference price
- 5 kg: −5%
- 10 kg: −10%
- 50 kg: −15%
- 100 kg: −20%
Optimise
Bundle your needs to cross a tier: a few extra kilos can move the whole lot into a cheaper bracket. The lot page simulator computes your total in real time.
