1. Purpose
CBD-Exchange aggregates CBD lots from European producers and resells them to verified distributors (model A: CBD-Exchange is the official counterparty).
2. Access and verification
Full catalog access (pricing, COA) is reserved for verified distributors. CBD-Exchange may refuse or revoke access.
3. Compliance
Each lot is offered only to markets where it is compliant (THC limits, allowed categories). No therapeutic claims are permitted for FR/EU markets.
4. Orders and payment
An order = a reservation sent to the producer (confirmation within 24h). Payment by bank transfer/SEPA on invoice; no cards. Goods transit a verification/anonymisation hub before shipping.
5. Anonymisation
Producer identities are never exposed to distributors; distributor identities are never exposed to producers.
6. Liability
Distributors are responsible for the compliance of resale in their market. Template to be completed by a lawyer.
