• 2022 — Revision of implementing law: the single criterion of 1% total THC is confirmed for all forms, including resins and extracts; medical cannabis becomes prescribable without special FOPH authorisation (Narcotics Act amendment, August 2022).
• Novembre 2023 — The Federal Council publishes its report (Minder postulate 21.3280) clarifying the legal bases applicable to each category of hemp products.
