In Luxembourg, hemp-derived CBD is freely sold to adults provided the product contains less than 0.3% THC. Products must be presented as cosmetics or supplements and cannot be marketed with medical claims. Industrial hemp is cultivated in compliance with this same threshold and with EU legislation.
