Poland has defined fibrous hemp at 0.3% total THC since May 2022 and does not list CBD among narcotics. Notified cosmetics are the safest route; ingestibles remain exposed to the Novel Food regime, with sanitary controls documented since 2023. Fibrous-hemp flower is sold in specialty shops, while cannabis resin, for its part, appears on the list of controlled substances.
